ROASTED MAKHANA


Matar Makhana Recipe Ingredients:

1 : 1 bowl Makhana
2: 1 bowl Peas
3: 2 big Tomato
4: 2-3 tbps Salt
5: 2-4 tbps Ghee/Oil
6: 1 tbps Garam masala powder
7: 1 tbps Turmeric
8: 1 small chopped Gralic
9: 2 Green Chilli
10: 1 tbps Red chilli Powder
11: 2 bay leaves, 4-5 piece of black pepper, 2-3 Cinnamon(dalchini), 2 elachi
12 : 1 small bowl Kaju


Methods of Matar Makhana Recipe


1: Heat the pan, take 1 tbps ghee and roast Makhana
2: Boil peas
