Lockdown Dhokla Recipe
Dhokla :- Dhokla is a vegetarian culinary dish that is found mainly in the Indian state of Gujarat and parts of adjacent states. It is made with a fermented batter derived from rice and split chickpeas. Dhokla can be eaten for breakfast, as a main course, as a side dish, or as a snack.

Ingredients of Dhokla :-
- 2 cup besan
- 1 pinch turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 1 Eno
- 1/2 Tea spoon baking soda
- 1/2 Tea spoon baking powder
- 1 Tea spoon oil
- Water for make a mixture
- 1 Tea spoon mustard seeds
- 3-4 Table spoon sugar powder
- 4-6 Karry patta leaves
- 5-6 Green chillies
Methods of Dhokla :-
First of all take a bowl and in this bowl add 2 cup baisan, one pinch turmeric, salt to taste, 1/2 spoon baking soda, 1/2 spoon baking powder, 1 table spoon oil and last take a water!! And mix it smoothly, the mixture will be in thin layer.
For 1 hour take a rest, then after again add ENO to continue mixed properly.
Open the gas and preheat the cooker/pan for 10 min in low flame. When cooker/pan will be properly preheat the put stand in cooker/pan.
Take a cake tin and spread oil in cake tin. Put the batter of Dhokla in cake tin and cover the lid of cooker/pan for 20 to 25 minutes.
Open the lid and checked the Dhokla

In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, karry patta leaves, sugar, green chillies and also add water
